Crisis Communication Planning

Broadcasting your message to a broad audience is tough in the best of circumstances.  Trying to communicate clearly and coherently in the middle of a crisis is another kettle of fish entirely.  There is so much at stake: your reputation, the safety of your clients, the values of your organization.  And there are potential dangers: rumours, innuendo, lawsuits.

We can help in two ways:

Our goal is to help you take advantage of a crisis and to view it as an opportunity to get your message out in a manner that instills trust and confidence in your audience, even when you are being severely tested.

Crisiscomms.ca does not believe in spinning false tales.  Doing so neither dignifies the speaker nor produces desired results.  Instead, we believe in positioning your messages so that that the truth and integrity of your organization prevail.
